Named in homage to our founders biggest supporters, his grandparents, we at Swann customs want you to feel part of the family. Encouraged to pursue music at every turn by his family, Lucas’ grandparents supported this venture by supplying him with all he needed to begin his career. Since its conception Swann Customs has only grown with our small team of two finding support from family and friends.

We want to encourage everyone with their own music journey just as we were. Creating products completely unique for your needs we will give you the tools to support your journey into the world of performance. No job is out of our ability and we will ensure you have a custom experience like no other, involving you in every step of the process.

When you place an order with us we will carefully review exactly what you require and record video messages and send you regular updates on how your guitar is progressing. If your order is a gift or for a special celebration we are willing to go the extra mile to make it even more unique for you, for example making the serial number your birthday!

Meet The Team!

Lucas

Lucas is the founder and creator of Swann Customs building his guitars and reputation as a luthier. His degree in Music performance and Business has provided him with not only the knowledge but also the hands on experience to starting a business. He began Swann customs in August of 2021 combining his passions into a career.
He has taken his love of building from model kits to guitars he designed creating elegant instruments that anyone would be proud to own. When he’s not building guitars we can guarantee he’s either talking about them or playing them!

Gemma

Gemma is our social media and marketing manager handling all things online! Currently studying a degree in Bass performance and Events management she understands what musicians look for and will ensure you know exactly what Swann is about.
With lots of experience in the performance world she has grown into her role furthering her skills becoming a marketing machine! In her spare time she reads books (especially greek myths) and helps Lucas with the odd bit of sanding.
